Job Title: Lead Developer / Trainer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Developer/Trainer that is result oriented and self-motivated. You will be required to work from our office in Ikeja.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Developer with both hands & training skills in Web & Mobile Application development, to work from our offices in Ikeja. This position will be working within the development team to develop both front-end and back-end functionalities of our tech products (web and mobile apps) and supporting our applications.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that cover web development fundamentals, advanced concepts, and hands-on activities;
- Ensure training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company requirements;
- Development of core web applications and back-end functions;
- Development of mobile applications & and back-end functions;
- Optimizing developed features for maximum speed and scalability;
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to develop web applications;
- Utilizing flutter, Firebase & mobile technologies to developed mobile applications;
- Writing clean, readable, and testable code;
- Fix bugs and other performance issues on Web, iOS and Android platforms;
- Manage other developers within the team to meet deadlines;
- Plan & Manage progress of IT Development Projects
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of REACT, HTML, CSS, Java and web development tools;
- Core working knowledge of PHP and LARAVEL;
- Database Design & Development, MYSQL/MSSQL;
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, IOS & Android development
- Understanding mobile app design guidelines on Android, iOS platform;
- Proficiency in (Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective-C/JavaScript/C#);
- Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications;
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns – MVP, MVC, MVVM;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking;
- Search Engine Optimization;
- Understanding of at least one major programming language (e.g. C+, Python);
- Experience of developing online solutions across multiple browsers and devices;

- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate in a friendly, open and constructive manner;
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision;
- Ability to work as a team player with the team;
- Ability to learn & understand new concepts quickly;
- Ability to pay attention to details & produce work of a high standard;

Salary
From N500,000 + Bonus.
