We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and nurturing new business leads to fuel our company’s growth. - Researching and Identifying Leads: Use online research, social media platforms, and various tools to identify potential customers who align with our target market.
- Contacting Leads: Reach out to prospects through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods to build relationships and drive new business.
- Developing and Maintaining a Lead Database: Keep an organized record of leads and prospects for current and future opportunities, ensuring the database is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for lead generation and ensure smooth transitions from lead to customer.
- Analyzing and Reporting on Metrics: Track and analyze lead generation performance, providing actionable insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staying Up to Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
- Managing Tasks and Projects: Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.
