The Role
- We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the initial stages of the sales cycle. The successful candidate will be skilled in identifying and prequalifying new leads.
- This is an on-site role based in our Lagos office, located on the Mainland, Ikeja (opposite 7up).
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential leads
- Research and prequalify leads to ensure they meet our criteria
- Analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
- Communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insights.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of experience in the lead generation industry
- Understanding of international markets is a plus
- CRM experience is preferred
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to work independently after training
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N180,000 – N200,000 monthly (100 GBP)
- Monthly Commissions: Can be as high as 500k to 1M Naira if leads convert to deals
- Uncapped commission – unlimited earning potential.
