Job Title: Legal Personal Assistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership.
- The ideal candidate will bring legal expertise, administrative acumen, and professionalism to manage tasks efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Legal Support:
- Provide preliminary legal advice and insights on business operations as needed.
- Review contracts, agreements, and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies for legal matters.
Operational Assistance:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and events.
- Assist in project management and research activities, particularly involving legal or compliance considerations.
- Support in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of legal compliance and contract review.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
