Job Description
- We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Personnel to join our branch in Agbara, Ogun State.
- The Logistics Personnel will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, finished products and other goods within and outside the company. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate inventory control and compliance with all transportation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping and customs regulations.
- Handle logistics-related issues and provide quick resolutions to delays or discrepancies.
- Support procurement and production teams with logistics planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of logistics software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
