The firm was established in 2003 to help Nigerians and Africans, in extension,experience the true feel of dairy products; primarily fresh milk and yoghurts.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily distribution schedules in line with customer orders and delivery targets.
- Supervise drivers, loaders, and other logistics staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Ensure all products are loaded, transported, and delivered in optimal condition.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with stores, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all logistics operations.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years relevant experience in logistics supervision, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of distribution operations, cold chain, route planning, and fleet management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics tracking systems, ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
