The Graduate Accelerator Program will help young talents launch their careers in tech and business, combining hands-on experience and coaching to equip participants with the skills, mindset, and network needed to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Programme Tracks
- Product Marketing
You will develop go-to-market strategies, create product messaging, support campaigns, analyze competitors, and assist with product launches while communicating our value of enabling sales in 135+ currencies.
- Content Marketing
You will create web content, blogs, and emails to strengthen SEO and showcase our global selling capabilities. You will assist in producing blog posts, optimize website content, support email campaigns, and execute content calendars.
- Graphics & Branding
You will be proficient in graphic design, illustrations, video editing, with the ability to incorporate motion graphics, develop animations for storytelling, and enhance marketing content with visual effects.

Selection Process
Step 1: Application Review.
- What happens: We screen all submitted applications based on eligibility, clarity of responses, and alignment with Mainstack’s values.
- Key things we look for:

- Basic experience.
- Communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Step 2: Skills Assessment.
- What happens: Shortlisted applicants will complete a short assessment.
- What we assess:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Communication and comprehension.
- Basic technical or business aptitude (based on chosen track).
Step 3: Video Interview.
- What happens: Selected candidates will be invited for a virtual interview (30-45 minutes).
- What we assess:
- Personality, motivation, and mindset.
- Culture fit and collaboration potential.
- Interest in Mainstack.
Step 5: Offer & Onboarding
- What happens: Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter and onboarding details.
