Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with exceptional Excel skills to manage and streamline the organization’s reporting and data management processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational and business data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad hoc MIS reports and dashboards.
- Handle large volumes of data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Macros, Power Query, etc.).
- Create and automate reporting templates for performance tracking and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand reporting requirements.
- Monitor data integrity and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Present insights and visualizations to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Maintain and update databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- BSc, HND.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
