Job Summary
The Manager, AP Lubricant Sales (South East) will drive the revenue performance of Ardova Plc’s lubricant products, ensuring strong technical support services to customers while expanding market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company’s strategy.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase lubricant market share.

Provide technical advisory services to current and prospective customers.

Monitor and evaluate customer operations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Collate and analyze sales performance data, preparing periodic sales reports.

Track, monitor, and report on competitor activities.
Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2:2) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
-
10–12 years’ relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

Professional certification(s) in sales/marketing or lubricants (added advantage).
Skills:

In-depth knowledge of AP lubricant products and services.

Strong understanding of lubricant formulations, usage, and performance benefits.

Influential leadership with strong stakeholder management skills.
