Responsibilties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Aeroport College of Aviation & Travel Management, across all departments to ensure efficient functioning and alignment with business goals, in accordance to organization standard.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.
- Step in for the MD/CEO as needed, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.
- Review and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, ensuring profitability and financial health.
- Build and lead a cohesive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Identify training needs and support the professional growth of employees through mentoring and development programs.
- Set goals and monitor departmental performance using KPIs to ensure that targets are met and provide support where needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common objectives.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
- Proactively identify and address business challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, challenges, and opportunities for the MD/CEO.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
