Description:
- As our Market Intelligence & Insights Specialist, you’ll be our go-to expert for understanding the market and guiding smarter decisions.
- Your insights will shape strategies that keep us ahead in the competitive financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive market research to spot trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to build actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly market intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with teams to inform strategies in sales, marketing, and product development.
- Monitor customer behaviors and preferences to tailor our offerings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights that fuel growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep us informed and agile.
- Oversee Sales Force Automation (SFA) operations and utilize the system to generate real-time reports as needed.
- Manage, update, and report Sales Force Automation (SFA) data to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the Field Sales Team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Effective communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
