- Neovarsity Africa is seeking passionate and results-driven Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team! If you have a knack for building relationships, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth, this role is for you.
- As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, promoting our products and services, and generating leads.
- You will work closely with the sales and digital teams to expand our reach and maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Neovarsity’s training programs and services.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, businesses, schools, and corporate organizations for partnerships.
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and direct marketing.
- Generate leads and nurture client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and consumer needs.
- Organize and attend promotional events, networking opportunities, and sales meetings.
- Collaborate with the digital team to create compelling content and marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs and ROI.
Requirements & Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads through direct outreach and networking.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer relationship management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new strategies.
