Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly creative, result-oriented and seasoned marketing expert to join our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that will enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
- As a marketing expert, you’ll serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the brand, products, and seasonal collections.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Oversee branding efforts to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- Supervise and contribute to content creation,including fashion photography, videos, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Manage collaborations with influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors.
- Partner with the sales team to create promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and online sales.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Organize and promote fashion events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through communication means.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Perform every other duty as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing (fashion industry experience is a must).
- Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have worked in the fashion industry.
Salary
N250,000-N300,000 Monthly.
