About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing & Growth Lead to own all aspects of marketing—from digital campaigns to business development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage startups, enjoys testing and launching growth strategies quickly, and wants to help build a company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional corporate role—it’s a builder’s role where you’ll move fast, work closely with the founding team, and directly impact growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web.

  • Build and grow social media presence (organic + paid).

  • Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Experiment with viral strategies and growth loops.

  • Lead partnerships and business development to expand reach.

  • Collaborate with product and content teams to convert ideas into traction.

  • Measure, analyze, and scale campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency across digital marketing channels (social, ads, SEO, email).

  • Strong social media management skills (community building + engagement).

  • Creative and data-driven approach to growth.

  • Comfortable with partnerships and collaborations.

  • Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and impact-focused.
