Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Scientist to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis and treatment.
Key duties include:
- Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology.
- Analyzing test results and maintaining quality control protocols.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret findings and provide recommendations.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Training and supervising junior lab staff and students.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Valid certification from a recognized professional body.
- At least 2 Years post NYSC experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
