About the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (CloD Nigeria)

The Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (CloD Nigeria) is a Membership Based Organisation (MBO) and Professional Institute which promotes corporate governance, directors’ development and capacity building, represents our members to government, enhances the economy for business development and provides services to our membership.

Founded on 17 May 1983, CloD Nigeria has been at the forefront of promoting good governance practices in Nigerian companies and the Public Sector. Through its various activities, CloD Nigeria had helped develop professional standard of directorship, and provided best practice guidelines for company directors to perform their duties effectively up to the international standards. The recently attained charter status of the Institute has expanded the scope of operations and services. There is therefore a need to fill a newly created role within the Institute.


Job Summary

  • The Membership Relations officer supports all membership development activities in the zone.

Requirements

  • Academic & Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in similar role

Competency and Skills Requirement:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Membership function and ability to identify new opportunities for the Institute.
