Job Summary
- Are you a creative visual storyteller with a passion for impactful design and motion graphics?
- Join our fast-growing Microfinance Bank and help us shape a bold, professional, and dynamic visual identity across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital and print marketing campaigns
- Design high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, product promotions, and brand storytelling
- Develop branding assets in line with the bank’s visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals
- Support the design of internal and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, infographics)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (including motion graphics work)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with social media content creation
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the financial services or fintech space is an added advantage
