About the Job
This is a fully remote position, but we prefer applicants based in Lagos for occasional team meet-ups or logistics coordination.

You’ll thrive in this position if you:
  • Are confident, polite, and persuasive in communication
  • Have at least 2–3 years of experience in customer service or online sales
  • Are familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets
  • Pay attention to detail and can manage multiple chats and tasks
  • Have a genuine interest in fashion, jewelry, or customer experience
  • Can stay composed and friendly, even when handling challenging situations
