Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Operations Staff to support our outdoor advertising activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing billboards and other advertising materials, ensuring high-quality execution that reflects the company’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and mount billboards, posters, and other outdoor advertising displays.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of installation projects across assigned locations.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of advertising sites to ensure proper visibility and durability.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles required for installation.
- Report installation progress, site conditions, and any issues to the operations supervisor.

Requirements and skills
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in billboard installation, outdoor advertising, or related field preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heights and outdoor work.
- Ability to handle tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills.
