Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor, located on Lagos Mainland.
- The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining high service standards.
- Additional tasks include optimizing resource allocation, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing effective communication strategies within the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in logistics or delivery solutions is a plus
- Supervisory Skills for effective team management and staff oversight
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction within the team
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
