Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Executive with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of both professional and personal schedules. The PA will be responsible for handling international job searches and applications, CV modifications, email and calendar management, LinkedIn revamp, and appointment bookings, as well as other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email & Schedule Management: Manage the Executive’s email inbox, prioritizing and responding to important messages, and ensuring they stay on top of all communications. Manage the Executive’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring time-sensitive matters are attended to.
  • International Job Search & Applications: Conduct job applications weekly for international opportunities, ensuring the Executive’s job search process is streamlined and effective.
  • CV Modifications: Revise and update the Executive’s CV as needed, working with outsourced professionals for modifications where necessary.
  • LinkedIn Revamp: Oversee the revamping and management of the Executive’s LinkedIn profile to enhance their professional presence and network.
  • Appointment Bookings: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Additional PA Tasks: Perform other PA-related duties as assigned by the Executive, ensuring effective time management and completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and keep everything on track for the Executive.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Strong command of written communication for crafting professional emails, applications, and CV modifications.
  • Innovative & Smart: Creative thinker with the ability to find solutions to challenges and continuously improve processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing schedules, emails, and other tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various tools for communication, scheduling, and document management.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with LinkedIn management and CV optimization is an advantage.
