Job Purpose
- To provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director for optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, travel, and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate special projects and reports.
KPIs
- Timeliness of task execution
- Calendar and logistics accuracy
- MD satisfaction and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or Secretarial Studies
- 4-6 years of work experience supporting top executives.
- Sex; Female (preferably).
