Job Description:
- Our client is looking for a talented and driven Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in operations to join their team.
- The successful candidate will report closely to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and would be responsible for managing operational projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational analysis and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement operational reporting tools.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all operational reports and dashboards.
- Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other operational tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 – 7 years proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an operations-related role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of operational principles and practices.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
