Purpose of the Role:
- The Power BI Developer & Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to guide business decisions.
- This role plays a key part in supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis and collaboration with various departments, ensuring high data quality and integrity throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand and address data requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sources.
- Document development processes, models, and reporting standards.
- Support data integration tasks and validation of data models.
- Assist with data-related queries related to ERP systems and other platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 5 – 7 years of practical experience in Java programming.
- Proven experience in developing Power BI solutions and performing data analysis.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack including:
- Power BI, Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- .NET Core, Fabric, Dynamics Dataverse
- SQL Databases, DB2
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
