Job Description
- We are seeking for a Power Engineer who designs, operates, and maintains systems for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electric power.
Key responsibilities
- Design and planning: To design and plan the electrical power systems, including incorporating renewable energy sources and smart grid technologies.
- Operation and maintenance: To operate and maintain machinery like generators, turbines, boilers, electrical systems, compressors, and pump
- Troubleshooting and repair: To troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Monitoring and control: To monitor and control the distribution of electrical power through switchboards and control centers.
- Efficiency and safety: To monitor the efficiency and environmental impact of systems and ensure their safe operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills are essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in this field.
