Job Summary
- We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of our agritech solution.
- You will own the product lifecycle end to end, and ensure that farmers, offtakers, staff, management and partners derive clear value from our product.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in a challenging 2-sided market (farmers and offtakers), and leverage to constantly refine the value proposition.
- Work with our Operations team to deliver value to customers scalably.
- Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product..
- Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
- Translate complex user needs in agriculture into simple, usable digital solutions.
- Work with Growth team on Go-To-Market strategies that drive large-scale adoption across diverse agricultural markets.
- Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes in revenue, adoption, and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of achieving traction in the market.
- Strong ability to connect customer needs with business growth.
- Experience with ops-heavy product.
- Experience in technology, agritech or related sectors.
- Comfortable working with data, user feedback, and growth metrics.
- Clear communicator who can align teams and tell the story of the product.
- Knowledge of African agriculture markets is an advantage.
