Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: N350,000 monthly. Internet allowance is provided.
An early stage startup company is seeking a dedicated and efficient Product Manager to fulfill the following responsibilities and more:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the product lifecycle.
- Acts as the product’s leader within the company
- Manage from design, testing, forecast, costing, production, support, and finally, product end of life.
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities, through strategic planning and implementation.
- Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar Lead role.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
- 3+ years of experience in a job in the Tech Startup space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong experience working within an Agile environment.
- Must be willing to travel within Nigeria and West Africa as needed occasionally.
Strongly Preferred:
Demonstrable experience using the following: JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Google workspace, Slack Nice to have: Visio, Figma, Monday, Product Plan
