Job Description:
  • A people-powered crypto application has been launched by our team, and we need to effectively inform our community about it, in order to drive adoption.
  • The product marketing lead will be responsible for driving demand for assigned products, bringing new capabilities to market, and ensuring that the sales team, customers, and prospective users understand them.
  • Furthermore, you will be in charge of finding product-market fit, influencing growth and driving adoption.

Job Responsibilities:
  • As our Product Marketer, you’ll partner with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to create and launch robust campaigns that drives engagement
  • Develop messaging and content that articulates the product, its features, brand story and value proposition to target audiences
  • Create and co-ordinate product and promotion content such as case studies, videos, website copy and assist in blog posts
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas
  • Manage marketing budget and approval processes
  • Guide writers and designers in effectively presenting complex/technical concepts to (potential) end-users
  • As a Product Marketer, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy to grow our community and innovative new products and drive ongoing funnels
  • Through close collaboration with product management and strategy teams, you will surface audience insights that shape the product roadmap and build best-in-class growth campaigns that encourage platform adoption.
  • You will be deeply grounded in audience insights through a partnership with research, and analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the consumer audience.
  • You build LTV/CAC models and ensure we hit scale while collaborating with internal teams to plan on-brand campaigns.
  • You will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and building trusted relationships with senior product leaders.
  • You will thrive on analytics, experiments, messaging and go-to-market plans that exceed plans.
  • Lead the development of product marketing and growth strategies that exceed platform adoption and growth targets.
  • Establish and bring comprehensive go-to-market plans for innovative product levers and features.
  • Partner closely with research and analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the audience and surface opportunities to senior product leadership to shape growth roadmaps.
  • Advocate for audience needs and partner with business strategy to test and launch product innovations that drive increased customer conversion and platform adoption.

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing with proven success in user acquisition and digital media management. Agency experience is highly valued!
  • Vast experience in growth marketing for early-stage/startup companies.
  • Proven experience working with insights (conducting research, synthesizing learnings) and using them to map communications plans and influence product roadmaps.
  • Solid knowledge of direct response, ROI, ROAS and CPA paid media metrics, Google, marketing data trends, & insights.
  • Strong understanding of direct response/performance marketing metrics such as visitor-to-lead and lead-to-sale ratios, sales revenue by channel, cost per lead, landing page conversion rate (CVR%), customer lifetime value (CLV or LTV), LTV: CAC ratios, customer retention rate (CRR), customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Highly experienced with audience segmentation, messaging, flighting and budgeting.
  • Proven track record of driving successful growth plans, product optimizations and go-to-market launches that exceed adoption targets and drive business bottom-line impact.
  • Impeccable writing skills — Must raise the bar for messaging and positioning for the product & company. Writing must be clean and error-free.
  • Conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, acquisition marketing, referral and loyalty marketing, retention marketing.
  • Superior communication skills, understanding how and when to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, Segment, OneSignal, or Mixpanel.
  • Extensive knowledge of event tracking and translating them to users’ behaviour.
  • Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space.
