Overview
- We are seeking a Production Manager for our Jos Factory.
- This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional who can oversee daily factory operations, manage production staff, and ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities in line with company goals.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production targets.
- Monitor quality control standards and maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Lead and motivate production staff for efficient performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify improvement areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management role.
- Experience in foam manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
