Job Title: Programme Manager – Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI 2.0)

Job Summary
- The Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) is looking for a motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of TCDI 2.0 across seven African countries.
- Through the Tobacco Control Data Initiative, we are working to improve access to country-specific data to drive smarter public health decisions across sub-Saharan Africa.
What You Will Do
- Manage cross-country implementation of TCDI 2.0
- Build and maintain partnerships with governments, CSOs, and academia
- Drivethe uptake of data-driven tobacco control policies
- Lead government engagement and support strategic capacity building.
What We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences
- 8+ years of project management experience in international development
- Experience working in the Global South, especially Sub-Saharan Africa
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage diverse, remote teams.
