Job Title: Programs & Projects Administrator

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Programs & Project Administrator to oversee and manage our impactful programs across the continent.
- The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs/projects that align with our mission.
- This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep passion for creating positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute programs in line with Rise Networks’ mission and goals.
- Develop and manage program work plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery of all programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
- Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and communications.
- Lead program teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
- Develop and implement frameworks to assess program impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver regular program reports to senior management, stakeholders, and funders.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support program growth and sustainability.
- Prepare grant proposals and maintain strong relationships with donors.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, ideally within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex programs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation best practices.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Competence in using project management tools and software.
