Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, training coordination, or process documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the art or creative industry is a plus but not required.
