About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, requiring a dynamic professional passionate about managing projects that drive impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and partners to achieve project goals.

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report milestones to leadership.

Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication across all levels.

Identify potential risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and impact assessments.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
