The Congenital Heart Disease Foundation of Nigeria (CHDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and individuals living with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), commonly referred to as “Hole in the Heart.” Our mission is to create a paradigm shift in the current status of CHD in Nigeria through awareness campaigns and advocacy, patient and family support, education, and research promotion.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, requiring a dynamic professional passionate about managing projects that drive impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and partners to achieve project goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report milestones to leadership.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication across all levels.

  • Identify potential risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and impact assessments.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

  • Must be resident in Lagos.
