Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance Tester/ Reviewer
- Perform quality checks to meet standards and client requirements.
- Approve projects for delivery, upholding the highest quality standards.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations for project updates and QA insights.
Qualifications- Quality Assurance Tester/ Reviewer
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in QA, project management, or similar.
- Proficient in project management tools. * Background in education/academic services is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM systems and content management platforms.
