Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in all region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in the region, providing reports and feedback to the AGM sales and marketing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Onboarding new customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years and above) in marketing logistics is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
