Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations within the Kano region.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to grow and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure strong market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kano.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong understanding of the Kano market and its environs.
