Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable High School Tutor to provide one-on-one tutoring in math and science for a high school student. The tutor will also track the student’s academic progress and help them achieve their educational goals.
Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring in high school math and science.
- Track and report on the student’s academic progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and study materials tailored to the student’s needs.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of high school math and science curriculum.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track and report on academic progress.
- Patient, reliable, and passionate about education.
