What You’ll Do:
• Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow client social media accounts increasing followers, engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Content Creation: Design engaging graphics using Canva, edit videos with CapCut, and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) to create high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with audiences.
• Content Strategy: Build customized social media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals, target audience, and industry trends.
• Content Scheduling & Management: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and optimal posting times.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and DMs on client accounts to build engagement and brand loyalty.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, reach, ROI) and provide clients with clear, actionable performance reports.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on campaign performance, results, and recommendations for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (agency experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated success growing social media accounts show us your wins! (Include growth metrics in your portfolio).
• Hands-on proficiency with:
– Canva (graphic design)
– CapCut (video editing)
– AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, or similar for content creation and strategy)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).
• Excellent writing skills you can craft compelling captions, ad copy, and client communications.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy matters in everything from captions to client reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills you can juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball.
• Self-starter mentality: You work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Experience in client management, reporting, and relationship building.
