Brooks Insights Limited (Brooks Insights) is an independent consulting firm committed to providing evidence-based insights for improved health and development through research, program monitoring and evaluation, knowledge product development, capacity building, and technical support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience conducting research using diverse methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, RCTs, quasi-experimental design, etc.)
- Software proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, R, KoboToolbox, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Python, Atlas, Dedoose.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, preferably with donors andgovernment.
- Experience in developing knowledge productssuch as technical reports, briefs, policy briefsetc.
- Project implementation experience, preferably in the health and development sector.
- Willingness to work onsite (must be resident in Abuja).
- Fluency in Hausa is a plus.
