About the Role

  • We are looking for a dedicated, stylish, and highly organized Retail & Customer Experience Associate to manage our flagship store and act as the first point of contact for customers both in-store and online.
  • The ideal candidate is confident, digitally savvy, has great taste, and understands how to deliver exceptional service in a high-end fashion or lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Customer Experience:

  • Greet and assist customers at the store in Victoria Island
  • Offer thoughtful styling advice based on customer preferences
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always presentable
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.

Online Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to messages on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with the studio to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
  • Track and update customers on the status of their orders.

Website & E-commerce Backend:

  • Upload and update new products, descriptions, prices, and availability on the website
  • Ensure that stock quantities are accurate across platforms
  • Support with simple backend maintenance tasks for the online store.

Studio Coordination:

  • Act as the bridge between the store and the studio to ensure smooth handover of orders and any product-related issues
  • Support quality control by flagging and documenting any product inconsistencies
  • Keep a record of customer preferences and recurring requests.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
  • Strong sense of personal style and an understanding of high-quality clothing and presentation
  • Clear and professional communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, Google Drive, and messaging tools
  • Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Added Skills:

  • Social media management experience – Preferred
  • Visual merchandising or basic photography knowledge – Preferred
  • Familiarity with Lagos-based logistics services – Must Have
