Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using persuasive sales techniques.

Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable products and solutions.

Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Reach out to leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyze territory/market potential, track sales performance, and prepare status reports.

Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products/services.

Stay updated on best practices, promotions, and market trends.

Continuously improve performance by leveraging feedback and coaching.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1 – 4 years’ proven experience as a Sales Representative.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to customers.

Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
