Overview
- The Route to Market (RTM) Manager is responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing the distribution channels to maximize the availability and visibility of the company’s products.
Market Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to expand market reach, including evaluating alternative channels (e.g., e-commerce, direct-to-consumer).
- Drive innovation in the RTM model by exploring new technology, tools, and practices to improve channel efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in route-to-market management, sales, distribution, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in RTM strategies, distribution management, and sales planning.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.
