About the Role
The Sales Channel Manager will be responsible for driving growth across Arnergy’s distribution channels. This role involves developing channel strategies, recruiting and managing distributors/resellers, and ensuring profitable sales expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales management across industries such as Renewable Energy, FMCG, ICT, or Power Management.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy for expansion of Arnergy’s distribution channel across Nigeria.

Recruit, onboard, and support Distributors and Resellers in the solar/renewable energy space.

Maintain active relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.

Design and implement sales strategies to exceed channel sales and profitability targets.

Provide training, service support, and sell-out strategies to distributors and partners.

Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue and business expansion.

Use Arnergy’s internal tools for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Conduct partner performance reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and ethical standards.

Provide market insights on pricing, competition, and customer trends, including win/loss analysis.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
-
5–7 years of proven Distributor/Channel Sales experience in industries such as Renewable Energy, FMCG, ICT, Power Management, PayTV, Telco, White Goods/Electronics, Construction, Retail, or Channel Services.

Experience in onboarding and managing business partners.
Skills & Competencies

Strong business analytics and commercial skills with a proven sales track record.

Ability to understand customer needs and position Arnergy’s value proposition effectively.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to travel as required to meet business objectives.
