Job Description

We’re seeking a Sales Consultant to work independently in generating leads and securing new clients for our corporate and BPO services. The ideal candidate has a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in selling similar services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in need of corporate services, business support, or BPO solutions.
  • Promote service offerings such as HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, virtual assistance, and administrative support e.t.c.
  • Independently develop leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other business development channels.
  • Present solutions and proposals to decision-makers, including executives and operations heads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company standards and pricing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide regular updates on leads, activities, and closed deals to management.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with a similar company offering corporate services, BPO, or business support solutions.
  • Proven track record of independently generating and closing sales in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong professional network and confidence in engaging corporate decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently without daily supervision.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Basic understanding of corporate services and outsourcing solutions is an advantage.
