Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Guards Division.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-driven individual who is passionate about sales and client relationship development in the private security industry.
  • You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by sourcing and scheduling high-value meetings with potential clients such as estates, corporate offices, retail chains, logistics firms, and private schools in need of manned guarding services.
  • Monthly Target: Schedule a minimum of 8–10 meetings with strategic prospects

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective strategic clients through research and outbound calls
  • Schedule high-potential meetings for the Business Development Manager(s)
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts
  • Support proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and calendar management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales, telesales, or business development support role
  • Experience in the security, logistics, facilities, or service-based industry is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasive phone skills
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly KPIs
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefit

  • N300,000 / Month
  • Commission: N10,000 per qualified meeting scheduled with strategic clients
