Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share insights and ideas to help the team achieve organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and new technologies.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
