Levitikal Group, a Construction and Real Estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share insights and ideas to help the team achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and new technologies.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills.

 

Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
