Responsibilities:
- Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
- Work with Sales Team to Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
- Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
- Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
- Supervise the media team to also Produce valuable and engaging content.
- Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.
Requirements:
- An experienced graduate
- 4 – 5 years experience in marketing
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry will be an advantage.
