Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individuals and businesses, to promote Refonte Learning?s IT training programs and digital marketing services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients, highlighting the benefits of Refonte Learning?s OGTIP program and training offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Refonte Learning as a leader in Ed-Tech and digital marketing.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Ed-Tech, IT training, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical concepts, such as IT training modules, to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
