Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience working with reputable solar companies in Nigeria and possess a strong track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for solar products including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and hybrid systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct product presentations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer energy needs.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years proven sales experience in the solar energy industry in Nigeria.
- Previous experience with leading renewable energy companies is required.
- Strong technical understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Lagos and across Nigeria as required.
