Job Title: Sales Manager

Position Overview

  • The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and improve overall sales performance.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and selling services in a competitive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members and ensure accountability.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team skills and productivity.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client concerns and feedback to improve service delivery.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing teams and driving their performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex business processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to track and analyze performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
